Hey all.
Im new on the forums here. I thought id make an account in case I had some questions about my Altec equipment. I got introduced to altec when I borrowed a friends 1607 for a band practice, and I liked it so much I decided to get some Altec amps of my own. I currently own a 1593, a 1594, a 1592 mixer and a 1599 extender, all A series, as well as a 9860 eq. I dont own any Altec tube stuff or any of their speakers, but I hope to fix that some day
I just love the old Altec pa equipment, and mine has gotten use for some events with the highschool jazz band (i play keyboards) and other school events, as well as some DJing that ive done. I have a few pictures if anybody is curious.
